Main responsibilities
- Rent out vacant apartments;
- Collect rents;
- Service tenants;
- Perform minor repair work;
- Take care of housekeeping in common areas;
- Empty vacant apartments;
- Prepare apartments for rent (home staging);
- Carry out seasonal maintenance work (mow the lawn, remove the snow, etc.);
- You must have your own tools;
- Any other related tasks.
- Respond to emergencies during evenings and on weekends (alternating with other superintendents).
Profile and qualifications
- Be versatile, open, resourceful, autonomous and fast working;
- Enjoy working and collaborating in a team;
- Be dedicated to offering customer service excellence;
- Have a positive attitude and be respectful;
- Have two to three years of related experience;
- Be capable of handling several projects simultaneously and of working in a fast-paced environment, be able to manage unexpected situations;
- Show organizational and planning skills, a sense of thoroughness, meticulousness and adaptation;
- Show great adaptation capacity, flexibility and initiative;
- Any knowledge related to building maintenance;
- Be bilingual (English/French).
