Main responsibilities
- Supervise janitors and employees in the building you are responsible for;
- Manage building equipment and maintenance systems;
- Manage tenants, complaints or any other situation;
- Contribute to quotes and the supervision of major work with the management team;
- Renew leases and rentals
- In collaboration with the marketing department, carry out the marketing of vacant apartments (ads) and follow-up with potential tenants;
- Coordinate arrivals and departures of tenants at the end of a lease and restore apartments if necessary;
- Manage expenses and bookkeeping.
Profile and qualifications
- Be versatile, open, resourceful, autonomous and fast working;
- Enjoy working and collaborating in a team;
- Be dedicated to offering customer service excellence;
- Have a positive attitude and be respectful;
- Have five (5) years of experience in a similar function;
- Be capable of handling several projects simultaneously and of working in a fast-paced environment, be able to manage unexpected situations;
- Have organizational and planning skills, a sense of thoroughness, meticulousness and adaptation;
- Show great adaptation capacity, flexibility and initiative;
- Possess a valid driving licence, mandatory;
- Be bilingual (English/French).
