Building superintendent
The person employed in this occupation is mainly responsible for a team of janitors and handymen/women and performs housekeeping tasks and seasonal maintenance of common areas of the building in which they are a tenant. The building superintendent responds to emergencies, collects rents and carries out several other tasks.
