Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the building maintenance manager, the person in this position will be required to perform the following tasks, among others:
- Carpet cleaning
- Garage cleaning
- Cleaning and maintenance of common areas
- Occasional replacement of the building concierge
- Minor repairs and general maintenance
Desired profile
- Experience in building maintenance (an asset)
- Autonomy, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Good physical condition
- Reliability and punctuality
- Ability to perform minor manual tasks
- Valid driver’s license and car (an important asset given the travel involved)
Terms and Conditions
- Salary: between $20 and $23 per hour, depending on experience
- Flexible schedule, Monday through Friday
- Schedule to be discussed
