Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the building maintenance manager, the person in this position will be required to perform the following tasks:
- Painting (touch-ups and complete units)
- Plaster work (repairs, corrections, finishing)
- Minor repairs (doors, handles, moldings, hardware, various adjustments)
- General maintenance of apartments and common areas
- Occasional support for maintenance and concierge teams
Desired profile
- Experience in building maintenance or construction (an asset)
- Excellent manual skills and attention to detail
- Independent, resourceful, and organized
- Good physical condition
- Reliable and punctual
- Valid driver’s license and car (important asset given the travel involved)
- Own basic tools (an asset)
Terms and Conditions
- Salary: between $22 and $25 per hour, depending on experience
- Flexible schedule, Monday through Friday
- Schedule to be discussed
