Building maintenance position

Main responsibilities
- Perform minor repair and maintenance work;
- Carry out tool and equipment maintenance;
- Ensure service calls;
- Prepare apartments for rent;
- Take care of housekeeping;
- Any other related tasks.
Profile and qualifications
- Be versatile, open, resourceful, autonomous and fast working;
- Enjoy working and collaborating in a team;
- Show dedicated to customer service excellence;
- Have a positive attitude and be respectful;
- Have two (2) to three (3) years of related experience;
- Be capable of handling several projects simultaneously and of working in a fast-paced environment, be able to manage unexpected situations;
- Possess organizational and planning skills, thoroughness and meticulousness;
- Any knowledge related to building maintenance.
