Janitor position
Are you searching for a janitor position in greater Montreal?
As a janitor of the building in which you are a tenant, you will work under the responsibility of the building manager. You must be available to respond to emergencies during evenings and on weekends. In addition to your salary, your apartment and your cell phone will be supplied. You will even have an indoor parking space reserved.
Main Responsibilities
- Rent out vacant apartments;
- Collect rents;
- Service tenants;
- Perform minor repair work;
- Take care of housekeeping in common areas;
- Empty vacant apartments;
- Prepare apartments for rent (home staging);
- Carry out seasonal maintenance work (mow the lawn, remove the snow, etc.);
- Any other related tasks.
- You must be available to respond to emergencies during evenings and on weekends.
Profile and Qualifications
- Be versatile, open, resourceful, autonomous and fast working;
- Enjoy working in a team;
- Be committed to customer service;
- Be capable of handling several projects simultaneously and of working in a fast-paced environment, be able to manage unexpected situations;
- Any knowledge related to building maintenance.
